Why Whatsapp Blocking Links of Telegram..??

Recently the web version of Whatsapp called ‘Whatsapp on Web’ was affected by malware and with that, hackers were able to hack the confidential data of users from their system. But that issue is resolved by Whatsapp and now the web version is totally bug free.
So going back to the topic, we are discussing here about the rivalry of Whatsapp and Telegram. Like WhtsApp, Telegram is also a messaging app with a focus on security and speed. It is a superfast messaging app that is totally free.
Recently some users of Whatsapp found that Whatsapp is blocking all the links of Telegram joining request. While people can share telegram links but whatsapp is not treating them as hyperlinks. This problem only appears for the Android users of Whatsapp, while iOS users remain unaffected.
Some Telegram users reported about this problem that Whatsapp is blocking links of Telegram.me and also the messages that contains telegram links cant be copied and forwarded to others.
Telegram apply solid end to end encryption technologies to its chat platform to make it highly secured and that’s why it become so popular in a very less time. It uses multiple layers of encryption and so it is very secure that even terrorist group such as ISIS also turns to it. So this is the major reason for Whatsapp to block Telegram links.
Telegram has confirmed this silent update of Whatsapp and said, “Typically after a media backlash, FB steps back and blames their intelligent filtering for the problem. We expect the same to happen this time as well.”
This is not the first time that Facebook and Whatsapp are blocking links. Over the year, they were also blocked links of torrent website, Tsu.co and many more. At this point, it is not clear that telegram.me links are getting blocked by a software hiccup or Whatsapp intentionally blocking links to its rival app.
