Engagement Model
CDN Works on the engagement models that suites the customer. We generally work on two engagement models:
- 1.On hire
- 2. Fixed price
On hire: CDN Solutions Group provides resource to clients on hire basis. Today the concept of virtual employees has increased tremendously .the term virtual employees represent a project team members in different geographical locations. There are many pros and corns in this concept, like it gives a project manager free hand to select and establish a team in significantly competitive price. On the other hand managing team members at different time zones and different geographical locations is itself a challenge. This is where CDN solutions add values to the project by following fixed processes and on demand communication protocol. The offshore model of CDN solutions ensures seamless working and on time delivery. There are two types of on hire models that CDN Solutions Group provides:
• Monthly hire: CDN Solutions Group offers resource services on monthly hire basis. Here client hires a resource for a particular number of months at a fixed payment per month and utilizes the resource as per his/ her wish. The commitment from CDN Solutions Group would vary range from 160-180 hours as per the client's requirement.
• Hourly Hire: CDN Solutions Group also offers resources on hourly basis. This model gives project manager the freedom to utilize the resource and pay for the hours worked by the resource.
Fixed cost model: Here we develop a set of project development model. The process starts with understanding the need or client's requirement to make sure that we are in the same pitch. After that our experienced project manager estimates the time required to develop the software on the basis of which a fixed price is decided.
There is some added value that CDN Solutions Group provides in this model:
- CDN takes full responsibility of delivering the software as per the signed requirement specification agreed upon on time.
- CDN offers six months free support for all non-functional bugs after delivering the project.
- During the life time of the project any resources or operational issue is CDN's responsibility.
- CDN uses a project management System through which every client gets updated for his/her project whenever needed (weekly/daily).
- Any operational issue raised by client to the management of CDN will be attended within 12 hours of raising it. CDN's Account management team in available for our customer on phone 24 X 7 basis.
